Looking for a flat and make friends along the way

Hi! I’m moving to London in early August 2026 for work, and I’m looking to buddy up with 2–4 people to find a flat together.

I’ll be working near Bank, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere with a good commute into the City, especially with easy access to Bank / London Bridge / Cannon Street. My budget is around £800–£1,100 pcm, and I’m happy to look at cheaper areas if the transport links are good. I’m also hoping to be somewhere with a good Muay Thai gym nearby.

I’d love to live with other young professionals who are friendly, considerate and easy to get along with. I’m not looking for a full-on party flat, but I also wouldn’t want something completely silent and closed off either — somewhere sociable, relaxed and comfortable would be ideal. I do enjoy going out and having drinks now and then, so it’d be nice to live with people who are up for the occasional potluck, deep midnight conversation or exploring London, while still respecting each other’s own space and routines.

A bit about me... I’m tidy, respectful and pretty easy-going to live with. I like keeping shared spaces clean, doing my bit around the flat and having a home that feels calm and comfortable after work. I’m open to a mixed flat and mainly just looking for people who want a friendly, clean and considerate flatmate.
