1 month room vacancy

I am looking for a room for July while in between other tenancies. I am relatively quiet but I sing and play guitar (if this is an issue I can rehearse in other spaces). I am comfortable with lots of different age groups and tend to do my own thing most of the time but enjoy being social in shared spaces when I’m free.
