Room Wanted – PhD Student at University of Warwick
Hi! I’m Paul, and I will be starting a PhD in History at the University of Warwick in October 2026. I’m currently looking for a room in a shared house or flat from that time.
Budget: up to £1,100 per month (bills included preferred, but flexible)
I’m looking in Canley, Kenilworth, or Leamington Spa, ideally somewhere well connected to the university. I’m also open to nearby areas with good transport links.
I’m a quiet, tidy and mature tenant, and will be focused on my research. At the same time, I’d enjoy a friendly and sociable household. I’m open to living with students or young professionals.
My funding is secured at the standard UKRI rate, so rent is guaranteed.
