Seeking furnished room bills included

Hi! I’m looking for a furnished room in Manchester and I’m ready to move in as soon as possible.

My preferences are:
• Fully furnished room.
• All bills included (including Council Tax).
• Clean and well-maintained property.
• No more than 4 people sharing one bathroom (2 people sharing would be ideal).
• Good transport links to the city centre or nearby areas.

A little about me:
I’m a Master’s graduate from the University of Liverpool and currently working in retail. I’m a clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible tenant who values a tidy living environment. I don’t smoke, I respect shared spaces, and I always pay my rent on time.
