Looking for third person to join flat search :)

Hi, I'm Lisa, and I am looking to move to Newcastle by the end of August for a new grad job. I have teamed up with a new contact, Georgia (not photographed) and we are hoping to find a third flatmate to join our search. We are hoping to find a flat in any of Jesmond/ Heaton/ Ouseburn/ Quayside area and a budget of around £600 per person per month. We have already found a couple we are interested in.

About us: two young professionals (both 22 years old, non-smokers) who are friendly, chill and tidy :) As I will be moving from Scotland, I am hoping to be good friends with whoever I live with and am always up for hanging out after work, going out for drinks/ exploring new places, but am also respectful of people's alone time and keeping the place tidy.

We are hoping to find a flatmate who is easy to get along with, sociable and respectful. We would both be hybrid working, so would need the flat to be a relatively quiet space during the workday but we are happy to hang out after work.
