Room wanted south Liverpool

Hello! I’m Erin, a 40-something professional woman moving to Liverpool for work in late August. I’ll be moving down from Scotland, and am looking for a place to call home for the first 6 months or so as I start my new job (and life!) in Liverpool. Longer term, I will be looking for my own place, so the aim is to find a comfortable room to rent as I get settled in.

Ideally, I am looking for a room in the Aigburth/Sefton Park area for up to £750 per month, inclusive of bills. An en-suite bedroom would be ideal, but I can be flexible.

From Monday-Friday, I keep busy with work and will occasionally be working from home. On weekends, I enjoy running (looking forward to crossing some more parkruns off my list) and getting outdoors. I’m not a big partier, but enjoy the odd gig or pub night. I’ve got a pretty full life so don’t need to be best friends with my flatmates, but would be nice to share with similarly minded and friendly people.
