Hi my name is Eva im Irish from Dublin and living in Brighton for past 8 years , im currently looking for a nice room in a house to share with a live in landlord male or female with all bill's included in the rent. im not looking for a party house and noisy people, just a quiet calm and relaxing environment, I would like to live in a nice comfortable clean and tidy home with a double room and good storage space and big wardrobe with a garden , im very respectful of other people's living space and privacy , as I clean up after myself and dont intrude on people. I dont drink or smoke im quiet and easy to live with, I meet up with friends and like going to the gym in my spare time , I work as a support worker as I support people around Brighton and Hove with Learning disabilities and difficulties with special needs , I also have a D. B. S. back ground check from my job which is one of there policies when working with young adults and older people. I go on holidays about 4 times a year betwwen 1 or 2 weeks which is sometimes Dublin and other places and im away for 2 weeks over Christmas, so I would realy appreciate a nice reply back from a live in Landlord looking for a good person to rent a room.
