Quiet couple seeking double room with parking

We are a married couple looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable double room in Southampton.

We are both non-smokers, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. We are looking for a long-term home and will take good care of the property.

Our budget is up to £650 per month (including bills). We would prefer an en-suite room if available, and parking is essential as we have a car. We would also prefer a quiet home, ideally with a live-in landlord.

We are friendly, responsible, and happy to provide references or arrange a viewing at a time that suits you.
