Hi! I’m looking for a flat to move in around July 27. I’m a graduate from GU and GSA studying product design engineering. I’m super clean and easy going. I can have a good talk but also respect personal spaces. Feel free to contact me for viewings or just a chat to get to know each other!
I prefer flats with women, if not mixed genders (as long as I’m not the only woman). Preferably include bills and council tax, if not it hopefully doesn’t go over 700 per month.
Must be well connected (train/subway/bus within 5-10 min walk) Furnish is a must for me while en-suite is not. And I value safety in the neighborhood.
