Looking for a flatmate Aug 2026

Hi! I'm moving from Newcastle upon Tyne in August for work (I'm a dentist). I'm happy to move into a property from 1st August!

I'm looking to either:

Join an existing house share (ideally with no more than 2 other flatmates), or
Buddy up with one other person to find a place together (happy to rent a 3-bedroom house and share with just one flatmate).

I'm looking to live in North Cardiff (witchurch rd/ roath/ heath)

A bit about me:

🏃‍♂️ I enjoy running, cycling, squash, tag rugby, hiking, and generally anything outdoors. Hoping to join some clubs once I move!
🍻 Sociable and enjoy the occasional drink
🏡 Easy-going, clean and tidy

As I currently live in the North of England, it would be a bonus to buddy up with someone already based in South Wales who'd be happy to attend viewings if needed. If we end up renting an unfurnished property, I also have plenty of furniture available and can send over a list of what I can provide.
