Looking for a flat share in Guildford

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a cheap room to rent in the Guildford area. Ideally a flat share close-ish to the city centre with other non students. I currently work part time at a cafe so my hours are usually during the day but not exclusive to the Mon-Fri work week.

I graduated from university about a year ago and I’m currently exploring my interests and trying a few things out. I spend my days off volunteering on community building or conservation projects. I like to play tennis, climb, go to the gym and go on runs. I’ve also recently gotten into birdwatching which has been a really fun outdoor activity and I lug around comically large binoculars on my excursions.

I find it’s nicer to feel comfortable with people you live with so I like an occasional casual chat in the kitchen and don’t mind a communal pub trip or outing together every once in a while. I’m a bright and friendly personality type but also enjoy alone time to recharge.

I’m clean in the kitchen and make an effort to be considerate of shared spaces. I’m pescatarian but don’t mind living with people who eat meat.
