Looking for quiet flat/studio - self contained let

Hi

I am a 43 year old male looking for an affordable let in the Sussex and Kent areas. I am looking for a self contained studio flat or 1 bedroom flat.

I am currently unemployed but am actively looking for work, which will be made easier once I have permanent accommodation.

At first rent will be paid at first by DSS/LFA, and any additional top up will be made myself.

I am currently being supported by a charity called StonePillow who will cover the rent in advance and deposit, whilst also offering ongoing support for the first 12 months of the tenancy.

I unfortunately do not have a guarantor and only have till the 7th August to find alternative accommodation.

I am a father of six, who plays an active part in his children’s lives, but don’t worry they won’t be staying with me.
