I’m looking for someone to move in with me to a newly renovated ground floor flat right by Clapham Common (Wakehurst Rd). It’s two bed, one bath, and I’m happy to have either room. Happy to share any other details about the place over a chat.
For a bit about me, I’m 21 and recently graduated from Cardiff University studying IR. I’m starting a graduate role in real estate in September, so hoping to move in mid/late August. I love a night out and in, and I’m moving to London from York so looking forward to exploring the city!
Flat-wise I like to keep things clean and tidy most days and have lived with bigger and smaller groups throughout Uni.
