We are two student cousins – I'm studying Civil Engineering (been in the UK for 2 years now) and currently working full-time front-of-house during my holidays, while my cousin is a chef student who also works part-time in a kitchen. We're tidy, respectful, and busy people looking for a genuinely large double room to share in Zone 1 or 2 and 3 We need enough floor space for two. Other deal breakers: no mould or damp, everything must be clearly included or split. Must-haves are bills included, reliable Wi-Fi (we both need it for studies), decent kitchen space, good natural light, and a reasonable commute to Central London.
