Professional seeking furnished en-suite room

Hello, I’m Tanmoy, a working professional moving to Edinburgh to start a new full-time role at the Scottish Parliament. I’m looking for a furnished en-suite room with a double bed, preferably with bills included, in EH8, EH7, EH9, or suitable parts of EH6 and EH3 within around 15–20 minutes of Holyrood. I’m clean, tidy, organised, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I would prefer a peaceful household without pets.
