Looking for a new place

Hi, I'm Tinica,

I work in the wellness industry and I'm currently looking for a calm, cosy home to share with one or two like-minded people.

A little about me , I'm friendly, easy-going and respectful. I enjoy a chat but also value my own space, so I'm equally happy keeping to myself. I'm looking for a peaceful home rather than a party house, somewhere that feels relaxed and comfortable to come home to after a busy day.

I've been with my current landlord for a number of years, which reflects how much I value having a stable home and being a reliable, respectful tenant. References can be provided if needed.

I'm an animal lover, so I'm more than happy to live with cats or dogs or both (just no reptiles... they're not for me! 😄).

Ideally, I'm looking for a long-term home. That said, I do prefer a rolling monthly tenancy in line with current UK rental practices, simply because if, for any reason, the arrangement wasn't the right fit for either of us, it allows both parties the flexibility to move on without being tied into a long fixed-term contract. My intention is to stay long term if it's a happy fit for everyone.
