Professional Looking for Ensuite Room

Hi! I'm a 32 year old finance professional moving to Leeds on 2 August 2026 to pursue career opportunities in the private sector.

I hold a Master's in Accounting and Finance and worked for one year as a Finance Support Officer at the University of Oxford. I'm looking for an ensuite room with a budget of up to £650 per month.

I'm clean, organised and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy being friendly and social with housemates, but I also value a peaceful and quiet home, so finding a calm living environment is very important to me.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies, going for walks and swimming. I'm looking for a home with friendly, considerate people who also appreciate a relaxed and respectful atmosphere.

Ideally, I'm looking for a clean, well maintained house or flat with like minded professionals. References are available upon request.
