MSc student seeking en-suite room near Piccadilly

I'm currently about to undertake my MSc at Loughborough University and am on a work placement in football data analytics, based in Manchester for the placement year. I'm looking for a single en-suite room in a shared house or flat close to Piccadilly Station.
I'd prefer a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. I'm tidy, considerate, and keep regular hours due to my placement commitments. Happy to share common spaces etc.
Looking for flatmates who are easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. I'm into fitness and sport, regular gym sessions, football, padel, badminton, basically anything I can get involved in. Always up for a game if anyone's interested.
