Aussie Professional Moving to London

Hi, I’m Mitchell. I’m 27 and moving over from Melbourne to London for work. I’ll be working full-time in hospitality as a senior executive at a hotel in Mayfair/Park Lane, so I’ll be busy during the week and often out at different hours depending on work.

I’m looking for a furnished room in a friendly, clean and relaxed share house. Ideally somewhere with housemates who are social and happy to have a chat or a drink, but also respectful of everyone’s own space.

A bit about me: I’m easygoing, tidy, considerate and pretty independent. I enjoy going out for dinner, pubs, coffee, music, travelling, exploring new areas, and making the most of living in London. I’m not looking for a party house, but I’d love to live with people who are warm and welcoming rather than everyone just hiding in their rooms.

I’ve lived alone in Melbourne for a while, so I’m very used to keeping a home clean, paying bills on time, and being respectful of shared spaces. I’m moving to London for a new chapter and would love to find somewhere that feels like a home, not just a room.
