About Me:
Hello! My name is Lucas I am a 26 years old Project Manager for a consultancy company, working with clients nationwide. I’m sociable, easy-going, and like balancing a fun night out or an activity with a quiet night in.
Outside of work, I keep active with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and like exploring the city. I’m looking for a place where we can be friends and hang out, but fully respect each other's downtime and personal space.

What I’m Looking For:
Move-in: Mid-Late July 2026.
Stay Length: 6 to 12+ months.
Budget: Around £800/month (inc. bills).
Locations: Ideally Central Manchester or within a short, easy commute of the centre.

My Non-Negotiables (Need-to-Haves):
Parking: A safe, secure place to park my car is an absolute must.
Room/Space: A double bedroom with my own separate bathroom, but I’m open to share bathrooms if I like the property.

Housemates: Professional only (no students, please), clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.

I'd like to share with a fellow professional (ideally around 25–27) who is clean, reliable, and up for a laugh. If you’re open to grabbing a drink, trying new activities, and keeping a tidy, peaceful home, we’ll get on great.
