Spacious long term room wanted near E15 3JH

Hi, I’m looking for a spacious room with bills included in a clean, respectful household.

Ideally I’m looking for properties close to E15 3JH as I currently live nearby and would like to stay within the same local area due to work, my local gym and my social circle.

I would prefer a female-only household if possible, and ideally a calm home environment with no more than 2 other people in the household (so around a 3-bedroom property maximum). I’m not suited to very crowded living spaces.

A spacious room is important for me as I do pole fitness and have a free-standing pole and small fitness setup. I would also need space for a small enclosure setup and I have a couple plants too.

I have a friendly hamster called Dexter who stays in his enclosure at all times and would not cause any damage to the property. I’m also very open to living with others who have pets.

Adequate fridge and freezer space is important as I cook and meal prep for the week, and I would need the fridge to be properly cold and fully functioning.

I’m a tidy, independent and respectful tenant who values privacy and a peaceful home. I enjoy gym, cooking, music, reading, puzzles, singing, piano, music production, animals and nature walks.

I’m looking for a long-term rental and can move quickly for the right place.
