Outdoorsy professional looking for room to rent

I am an outdoorsy professional looking for a room to rent. I have lived in Cheltenham for 5 years and due to a change in personal circumstances need somewhere to live.

I work as a Surveyor and spend approximately 1/2 of my working week at home. The room/house must be a realistic size to work and live in. The rest of the time surveying in the Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cotswolds and up to Droitwich Spa areas. Some easy car parking is important. Flexible on locations and could move within my work area.

I would like some access to outdoor space, garden, local parks or ideally near countryside. I'd prefer sharing with 1-2 people, more like a home with a live in landlord than a big house share.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking and spending time outdoors. I am clean and tidy. I would value spending time hanging out with my housemates but I also do enjoy my own company.
