Flat/House for a Full Time Working Couple

me and my partner and looking for a flat that suits us both and will be a long term thing. we are both working full time and our combined budget excluding rent is £1250 maybe up to £1300 if the property is worth the amount. including rent would be around £1600 maybe £1650 if the property is worth the price.

we are looking for something that we can call our own for a long period of time and make lots and lots of memories in, and something owed by people who care about their tenants.

we dont have any animals currently however we are looking to get a pet when we find the right property for us.
