Looking for a place for couples in Manchester.

We’re a friendly, respectful couple looking for a room or studio to rent in Manchester from August 2026, with bills included.

I’m a student and my girlfriend and I are clean, tidy, and easy to live with. We both value a peaceful home, always clean up after ourselves, and are considerate of other people’s space. We enjoy socialising but also appreciate a quiet evening and are not party people.

We’re looking for a comfortable place with good transport links, ideally in areas such as Fallowfield, Withington, Rusholme, Victoria Park, or close to the city centre, but we’re open to other locations too.

Our budget is around £[budget] per month, including bills if possible. We’re hoping to move in as soon as the right place becomes available.
