Professional Looking for a Friendly House Share

Hi! 😊 I’m a 25-year-old professional working full-time in the mental health field in the Croydon borough, and I’m looking for a new home.

My budget is up to £1,300 per month including bills. Ideally, I’m looking for a large double room, preferably with an ensuite, but I’m also open to a studio, 1-bed apartment or other arrangements for the right place.

I’d love to find a relaxed, clean and respectful home with friendly, sociable housemates who enjoy the occasional chat, shared meal or movie night, while also appreciating each other’s privacy and downtime.

I’m tidy, considerate and reliable, and always make an effort to be a great housemate.
Outside of work, I enjoy trying new food spots, travelling, festivals, concerts, spending time with friends and trying new hobbies.

Ideally, I’m looking for a non-smoking home with no pets, but I’m open-minded.

I’d also be happy to buddy up with like-minded people looking to find a place together.
