Room / flatmates wanted in SW London

Hi everyone, I'm Dylan. My flatmate has bought his own flat so I need to find a new place to live.

I'm 28 years old and work in Consulting. I enjoy fitness, cooking, photography and playing golf. I work from home a couple of days per week, so need a room with enough space for a desk and chair.

I'm easy going and very social, definitely would like to move in with people who I could become friends with rather than just housemates. That being said, I appreciate everyone has their own lives and has their own things going on.

Budget is around £1350 including bills, but could stretch a little bit for the right place. Looking in South West London, ideally Balham, Tooting Bec, Wandsworth, Clapham South.
