Quiet Maths Teacher Seeking Long-Term Home

I’m a Mathematics graduate from the University of Warwick and have recently completed my PGCE in Secondary Mathematics at Durham University, gaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I’m currently applying for teaching positions across the North East, including supply and permanent roles, and I’m looking for a place where I can settle as I begin my teaching career.

I’m a quiet, respectful and considerate person who enjoys a peaceful home environment. I’m tidy, always clean up after myself and take pride in keeping shared spaces clean. I’m reliable, pay bills on time and like to keep my living space organised. I’m a non-smoker, don’t have any pets, and generally lead a fairly relaxed lifestyle. In my free time I enjoy reading, maths, anime and manga, so you’ll usually find me reading, planning lessons or watching a good series rather than hosting parties or making lots of noise.

I’m hoping to find a friendly household where everyone is respectful of one another’s space. I enjoy having a chat from time to time but also appreciate that everyone has their own routines. I’m looking for somewhere that feels comfortable and welcoming rather than somewhere with a busy party atmosphere.

I have my own car, so parking would be a bonus if available, although it isn’t essential. I’m ideally looking for a furnished room with Wi-Fi and laundry facilities, and I’d like to stay for at least a year if it’s a good fit.
