Moving to London in October!🕺

Hi! I’m Fran 😊 I’m a 23 y/o professional looking for a room or some lovely people to buddy up with for a house search from 1st October due to my graduate scheme finishing and having a contract allowing me the flexibility to move to London!!🥳

My absolute maximum budget would be £1100 (including bills) for the perfect room but I would rather something around the £900 mark.

I’ll be working from home 2 or 3 days a week, so would love space for a desk in my room (not a deal breaker if I can work in a communal space). I’m also ideally looking for somewhere with an easy commute to Euston and Liverpool Street due to office locations (easy access to the northern line would be fab!!).

A little about me – I'm very sporty and love staying active! I play hockey, run, cycle, but always like to try new things (especially if there's a coffee or a pint afterwards!). Equally I love watching sports, either at the main event or on TV! I’d love to live with people who are keen to hang out, whether that’s trying a new pub, finding a cute coffee shop, joining a run club, or heading for a night out. On the flip side, I’m more than happy with a fun movie night, board games, and a glass of vino🙌

I definitely enjoy my own space too, and I’m clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces and my housemates. I absolutely loved living with my friends at uni and I’m really hoping to find a house that feels like home with people who become friends as well as flatmates💞
