Newly Single 39 year old man needing lodgings!

I have a 9 year old girl I will be having some weekends and possibly weekdays. I run a scaffold yard near buntingford and have recently split up from a 14 year relationship which mutually broke down so I need to find a new roof over my head! I will be working Monday to Friday and some weekends so won’t be around all the time.
I’m an EXTREMELY clean, tidy, respectful person that looks after myself and my surroundings and the use of a washing machine would be preferable.
I’m not certain of the duration needed or even available for each ad but it will be for the foreseeable as I’m unfortunately having to start my life from scratch!
I enjoy chatting, conversations about literally anything, chilling in with a movie at night and need to have the permission from the house owner for my little girl to stay with me here and there and we can share a double bed just so I can see her and my ex and I are extremely amicable and respectful of each other so there won’t be any child sharing complications like a lot of unfortunate people!
Just a chilled out, easy going, polite, hard working guy and occasionally my little whole world of a 9 year old girl ❤️
