Professional male (22) seeking room

Hi! My name is Jack and I’m a 22-year-old engineering graduate moving back to Bristol in early-to-mid August to start a full-time engineering role in Filton. Because of the nature of my job, I will be working on-site almost all of the time, with the very occasional WFH day. My employment is exceptionally secure, and I already have my references and deposit ready to go, so I can move quickly when I find the right place.
On a personal note, I’m super friendly, very tidy, and love cooking, traveling, and I'm also a big car enthusiast. I’m looking for a long-term rent in a warm, social, and close-knit house of professionals only, so no student-only households please. Ideally, it would be a smaller home of 4 to 5 people total, though I am open to negotiating up to 6 for the perfect fit. I’d love a household where people enjoy an occasional pub trip or a chat over dinner, while still respecting each other's downtime.
In terms of the property itself, a guaranteed parking space or reliable on-street parking is an absolute must. I am ideally looking for a rent that is bills-inclusive to keep things simple.
