Buddy up with baby (1yr old)

I am a single person with a well behaved young baby girl, I have two outdoor cats.

Very clean and tidy, and want to buddy up with someone who is also particular when it comes to keeping a home clean and tidy. I would be spending afterwork
and weekends using/sharing communal area’s, cleaning up after myself in all area’s of the house.

Open to being the main person on a rental and someone paying a set all inclusive rate, to keep things simple. Open to ideas.

I work in Central London as a Professional.

I hope to buddy up with someone in a 3 bedroom, I would require double for me and single for little one.

Must haves: Garden, off street parking, off main road house ideally close to field. Someone chilled and happy go lucky.
