31 year old Carpenter looking for a double room

Hello there my im a single male my name is Justin im from lithuania, lived in southend since the age of 10 been in full time employment ever since finishing school and college,

i am looking for a double room preferrably with parking and a shed in the garden for a bit of storage, i can slightly increase the budget if need be

I am 31 years old self employed i do carpentry and work away from home a lot of the time im clean friendly and easy to get along with, my main hobbies is exercise, mountain climbing hiking and travelling

I dont spend much time at home as im either working travelling or exercising also dont use amenities much as i shower in the gym and i cook once or twice a week (meal prep)

My landlord is happy to provide reference also i have my payslips work history and tax returns from the past however many years message me on here thankyou
