I’m an active retiree from the education sector moving to the Manchester/Stockport area to be closer to my grandchildren. I have an offer accepted to buy a small flat in Romiley but it is awaiting grant of probate, which could take several months.
I would prefer a live-in landlord over 40 and am quite happy with a multi-generational house share. I don’t have a car, so nearby public transport links are important for me.
