I'm looking for a comfortable room in a clean and welcoming home. As I'll mainly be staying Monday to Friday and working from the office during the day, I'll usually only be home in the evenings and will generally return home at weekends.

I'm also a landlord myself, so I fully understand the importance of looking after a property, being considerate of neighbours, and treating someone else's home with the same care and respect as my own.
