Hi! I'm an international female student joining Anglia Ruskin University this September. I'm looking for a furnished room in a clean, friendly and respectful household within cycling distance of the university, preferably in Histon, Impington, Milton, Arbury or nearby areas.

I'm a non-smoker, tidy, responsible and easy to live with. I value a quiet and peaceful home where everyone respects each other's privacy and shared spaces. I don't have pets and I don't host parties.

My budget is £400–£500 per month, ideally with bills included. I'm looking for a room with secure bicycle storage, Wi-Fi, access to a kitchen and laundry facilities. A female-only or female-preferred household would be ideal.
