St A Uni Staff Looking for Room/Flat

Hi, I'm James and I'm looking for a room or flatmates to find a flat with in Dundee! I'm starting a new job as a researcher (staff) at the University of St Andrews on August 10th, so would ideally like to be settled in by then.

I'm generally a pretty tidy person and enjoy living in sociable houses/flats (and hearing all the chaotic stories of what happened in your day). I'm keen on cooking (and baking bread) and quite an outdoors person, so would ideally like somewhere to store a bike. Also looking to join one of the two bouldering gyms in town.

As I will have to commute into St Andrews most days, I'd ideally like to live reasonably close to the bus station. I'd also prefer to live with other professionals rather than students, to avoid council tax getting too expensive...

I'm currently situated in Glasgow, so fairly free to travel up for viewings (with the exception of 9th - 16th July).
