Architect moving to London

Hi! I’m Paul, a 26-year-old architect currently living and working in Vienna. I’ll be moving to London at the beginning of September on a UK Global Talent visa to continue my career in architecture.

I’m looking for a place that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Ideally I’d love to live with friendly, respectful people who enjoy a calm, clean and welcoming atmosphere.

I’m an easy-going, tidy and considerate housemate. I don’t smoke, I rarely drink, I enjoy cooking, travelling, photography, architecture and exploring London. I also love animals (especially dogs!) and I’m always happy to help keep shared spaces clean and comfortable.

I previously lived in London during university, so moving back feels very special to me. My best friend lives in West Hampstead, which is why that’s my first choice, but I’m open to other areas with good transport links.

I work full-time as an architect and have a stable income. I’m happy to provide proof of employment, my visa details and ID, and I’m ready to pay the deposit immediately if we’re a good match.

I’m looking for a long-term home (ideally at least 6–12 months or longer) starting from early September.
