Room for one more??

hello! i’m núria, 24. born in spain, raised in london and slowly turning into an adult in manchester.

my housemate is reallocating back home so i have a month to get it together.

my budget is £1,200 per month (including bills) but happy to pay less. i don’t drive, so no parking needed. i’m allergic to fur so no pets (please). i currently live in NQ/ancoats and i work in city centre so i’d appreciate a walkable distance into town.

i work in insurance so i innately love a drink, enjoy good food, pilates (and matcha of course), and im always up for anything as long as i get ipad time beforehand or afterwards - its like a reward.

i was raised latina so having a clean and tidy house is a non-negotiable for me.

hoping to find someone that slowly becomes a friend/ confidant. always happy to share chats, food, snacks, a boogie and a cry - if needed.

please help me find a room by the end of july!
