A Very Unusual Situation Occurred.

After being abroad for more than 30 years I retired in 2007. At the time was in the South of France. I returned home to the UK in 2014, settling happily in a one-bedroom unfurnished apartment in Henver Road, Newquay (close to Lusty Glaze beach) for the past 12 years, always paying my rent on time. Unfortunately the apartment building I've called home for over a decade was recently by Notice of Possession officially declared unsafe and all 32 residents have to move out by the end of October 2026. As a result I ideally would prefer to move to another unfurnished flat long-term in a safe neighbourhood in Newquay, or within radius of, so I don't have to move my belongings into storage. Owner can be present with living quarters separate to mine with my own bathroom and toilet. I can provide references, including my UK driver's licence and British passport. I have no criminal record in any country. I am presently writing a book. I have a car so parking it nearby free is sought. I like to swim and workout regularly. Obviously I'm an able-bodied and very fit pensioner but I do have some visible conflict zone injuries (as you can see) . Hope to hear from you! PS: Love dogs but allergic to cats.
