Room Wanted – Exeter Student, ASAP

Third-year Maths student at the University of Exeter looking for a room in a shared house, ideally close to campus or the city centre.

I'm easy to live with — tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and happy in either a sociable or quieter household. I work hard during the week but know how to switch off. No drama, no mess, just a reliable housemate who'll actually pay rent on time.

Ideally looking for bills included, but open to discussing. Flexible on move-in date.
