A room, flat or house wanted

Myself and partner are in need of temporary or permanent accommodation.
We are looking for a room on a temporary basis or a flat/house on permanent basis, ideally as soon as possible due to currently living at my mums and we're overcrowded
I am on disability benefit and we're both on universal credit.
We do smoke but we are respectful and considerate to non-smokers and we dont smoke indoors.
We do have furniture and appliances etc so we dont mind unfurnished property, however if accommodation is furnished we would appreciate a garage for storage
