Seeking an ensuite room or a studio in Portsmouth

Hello everyone. I'm currently searching for an affordable self-contained flat or an en-suite room in a household somewhere in Portsmouth or just outside.

A little bit about me: I'm a 39-year-old single man and will clean up after myself and like to be considerate of others. I don't smoke, drink, or have parties and prefer a quiet environment where people keep to themselves, don't smoke in the house and who leaves the toilet seat and kitchen preparation surface clean for the next person.

I'm working full-time as a labourer and can prove that I always pay my rent on time, spend within my means and also have a healthy bank balance, something of which I am happy to provide evidence.
