54 year old Male and 13 year old son

I am a male aged 54 and have son aged 13 who will be living with me after I split from my ex and is looking for 2 bedroom place be house ,flat, bungalow. Just need help and is on universal credit, council will help towards rent, once my son finishes his summer holidays and goes back to school I'm going to be looking at going back to work. I'm looking at property in Havant, waterlooville, cosham or surrounding areas and part of fully furnished
