Searching for single or double room £600 pcm-ish

Hi. I’m Aaron, a 24-year-old mature and respectful student and active songwriter.

I’m currently paying £1k pcm in rent to my landlord, however I need to drastically reduce my outgoings so I can continue to afford living in London.

Ideally searching for something around £600 to £650 pcm. No preference for single or double room, however I’m not interested in shared rooms. Available for viewings immediately.
