Professional seeks peaceful house share

Hi there, I’m looking for a peaceful house share between Chiswick & Hammersmith while I purchase my own flat nearby. I expect the process to take around six to twelve months and I need to be in the area to be able to pick up my young son from his mother’s house in W6 and drop him to school in W4, as well as walk their dog. (Neither son nor dog would stay with me). I work in TV at Chiswick business park, enjoy a chat now and then and I love to cook. Also DBS checked for volunteering at my son’s school.

Ideally I’d like a quiet room with en-suite or a tidy shared bathroom with fewer housemates. I’m friendly, tidy, peaceful and enjoy a lot of walking. I hope to find friendly, professional housemates to live with.
