23 year old PhD student looking for all girls flat

Hey! I am starting a PhD in October and am looking for a flat with tenancy starting in September (preferably late September). I will be based near the University Hospital of Wales, so near Heath Park would be great, but I am open to anywhere where I can compute in around 30 mins. I would like a furnished place that has a washing machine and a good amount of kitchen space per person.

I'd love to find some other post grads or final year students or professions to live with who are a similar age to me and who are clean and chill to live with. I'd prefer to live with all girls.

I like going to the pub for a drink and an occasional night out. But I like chill time at home, crocheting and watching Netflix or reading. I also like going to the gym and cooking nice meals.

I have a boyfriend who will be living in Bristol so he would come to stay around every other weekend (sometimes less and maybe more occasionally).
