Want a room near Kings buidings, UoE

Hi! I'm Tao, a first-year PhD student in Engineering at the King's Buildings (KB) campus of the University of Edinburgh.
I've lived in shared accommodation for over 5 years, so I'm very considerate of others and understand the importance of keeping shared spaces clean, tidy, and respectful. I'm quiet, easy-going, and responsible. I don't smoke, don't have any pets, and I lead a regular lifestyle.
During weekdays, I'm usually at the university from around 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, so I'm out for most of the day. I typically spend weekends relaxing and cooking at home.
I'm looking for a room close to the KB campus of University of Edinburgh (within 2miles maybe) with a budget of up to £750 per month including bills (or around £700 excluding bills). Ideally, I'd like to share with no more than three other people and would prefer male roommates.
