Professional Male Looking For Double Room/Buddy-Up

Hi everyone, I'm James. I'm a 27-year-old professional working in finance looking for a double room or someone to buddy up with and find a place together. I'm available to move from the end of July/ beginning of August and have a budget of up to £1,300pcm (inc. bills). Ideally, I'm looking to live South West London around Clapham/Wandsworth area, but open to even Central London South of the River to be closer to work, and with people aged 23–30 in a house of 2–3 people maximum.

I'm a very sociable, chilled and easy-going person who enjoys meeting new people, while also having independent downtime. I'm big into fitness and regularly compete in boxing, running and HYROX.

I love a good social life, whether it's going to music events, heading out for drinks at the pub, trying new restaurants, or planning weekends away with mates and travelling, I'm always up for making the most of my free time. I also enjoy getting outdoors, taking a hiking trip and exploring new places when I can.

I'm looking to live with people who are friendly, sociable and enjoy chatting or hanging out from time to time. It would be great to find housemates who are happy to have friends over occasionally for a chilled evening, while still respecting each other's space and routines.

A clean and tidy house is important to me, so it would be great to live with people who take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and are considerate of one another. I'm respectful and easy to live with, and I'm looking for a house that feels like a relaxed space.
