Master's student looking for a room for a year

I'm a student from Chile starting a master's in UCL in September, and I'm looking for a room to stay in.
I'm a sociable, active and easygoing guy, and I consider myself clean and tidy – I'm an older brother of five, so I was raised to help keep order and tidiness haha.
I'm 28 (will be 29 when term starts) and I love cooking, sports (I run track) and trying new places to eat and drink. I'm a lawyer, and I'll be studying an MPA and maybe working part-time, if I manage to find something.
Ideally, I'm looking to share a place with tidy people who are open to some socialising but not really party animals, somewhere reasonably well-located in relation to UCL and the Parliament Hill Athletics Track, and with an en-suite, but I'm flexible on all fronts.
I won't be in London until September, but I'm more than open to a remote meeting or viewing, and I also have a cousin living in London who could go in my stead, if necessary to prove that I'm a real person and also serious about this.
