30yo professional - clean, active, sociable

Hi, I’m 30 and work in investment management (in the office 2-3 days a week). I’m looking for a double room in an existing flatshare in the Putney/Wandsworth area or someone who would like to hunt for a new place to call home with me. I’ll be available to move in within the next couple of months. Budget around £1,250 pcm.

A bit about me: I’m originally from Scotland and have now lived in London for 3 years - I love it here (despite often missing the great outdoors!). I keep active and play plenty of sports - golf, tennis, padel - as well as running, cycling and going to the gym. I’m out and about a fair amount, but I also really value having a clean, calm space to come home to and relax in (and for when I hibernate a bit more in the colder months). I’m a big foodie too, so I love a kitchen I can actually cook in, and I’m always up for trying new restaurants.

I’m tidy, considerate, and easy to live with - happy to keep myself to myself when needed, but equally happy to chat over dinner, grab a drink or generally just have a laugh. I have a good group of mates in London, but would definitely see this as an opportunity to expand it :) Looking for a similarly clean, respectful, and friendly household.

I also have a car which I use to venture out of London on occasion, but equally useful for food shops.
